COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hunkar Laboratories DAT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hyde-Park parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the MCON spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM700 manufactured by Hyde-Park and we are pleased to be able to service most Hyde-Park systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISDS1660600CRNNSEGPASP100456169 by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Huttinger-Trumpf Brand D400866 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iai such as RCP2RSAAPM10150P1MBFL equipment made by Iai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RCSSA4I20L200N made by Iai as well as the popular 12EX35500 original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCP2SS8CI56P20600 by Iai and RCP2RSAAPM10150P1MBFL spares by Iai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM956A130000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hyde. |
